Outlets lose customers at peak precisely because they are busy. Most order-ahead products make this worse by dumping tickets on a kitchen with no sense of what it can actually produce in the next ten minutes.

We built ordering around the kitchen's real capacity. Prep times feed a live pickup estimate, orders are paced into the queue rather than dropped in a batch, and customers get a time they can trust.

03/The results

Outlets serve more covers in the same peak window, and the pickup estimates stay accurate enough that customers stop arriving early to wait.
